We almost hate to do this to you. We know how badly you got addicted to our cajeta. But you kept bugging us for an incredible, homemade hot fudge sauce to go with it. So you really left us no choice. Our new hot fudge uses real ingredients, from small farms, including fresh goat milk. It's made the oldest-fashionest way possible...in small batches, by hand. How's it taste? Like it would win Best Hot Fudge Sauce at a 1928 church social. That real. Real chocolate. Real sugar. No corn syrup. No stabilizers.
There's really not much more we say about it. Except that we're sorry for creating a new addiction. We'll try to keep it in stock as best we can...this small batch cooking is tough.

Sugar, half and half (milk, cream, skim milk), goats milk, semi-sweet chocolate(chocolate liquor processed w/alkali, sugar, cocoa butter, butterfat, soy lecithin, vanillin, natural flavors), cocoa, butter, potassium sorbate for freshness.
