There aren't many farms left that grow real black currants. Beekman 1802 Farm happens to be one of them...by accident. The first year that we lived on the farm, we were exploring some of the overgrown, wild areas of the property and we found a patch of black and red currants that some farm wife had planted years ago. We moved several of the bushes into our garden, and brought them back to health. We use real black currants & black berries in this jet black jam we call “Midnight Jam.” One taste of this unique combo, and we promise you'll be sneaking down to the fruit in the middle of the night for "just one more spoonful."
Made with fruit grown on Beekman 1802 Farm and other great farms. (Like many Beekman 1802 products, our jams are seasonal and may not be available year round.)
