Polka Spot is one of the most beloved and dramatic creatures on the Beekman 1802 farm. Her diva persona inspired us to create this whimsical chocolate brown and turquoise polka dotted hooked pillow in admiration of her, right down to her turquoise “pearl” necklace.  Pearls go with everything, even in the barnyard.  

Each pillow is hooked individually by hand in this heritage craft’s tradition using all wool fabric strips on a linen backing, and finished by hand stitching together the hooked front and wool back.  Polka’s off-white wool and reddish brown spots are made from wool hand dyed to just the right colors in our artisan’s studio.

The pillow is stuffed with a hypo-allergenic pillow form.  May be spot/surface cleaned.
