Handmade with real vintage ornaments - One-of-a-Kind

A world of pale, icy blues and silver beckons you into its spell with “Blue Enchanted Cottage.” A one-of-a-kind wreath made from all vintage ornaments, it transports you to a world of fairytale-like enchantment.

A pretty silver plastic deer, made in Japan, tops the wreath. Beneath it is a spray of pale blue glass balls. Nestled to the left is an old silver and blue corsage, replete with tiny icy pinecones. A large German silver glass pinecone is at the upper left.

But the piece de resistance is an incredibly fabulous and enormous Fauxbergé ball (unlike any we have ever seen) that is bejeweled with pearls, sequins, and icy blue jewels. This is worth the price of admission alone.

At the bottom is a charming made in Japan paper house of the palest blue, complete with crenellated roof and wall. Amazingly, it still has its cellophane windows and door intact. Other pieces of note (and there are many) are: a hand-painted Poland teardrop with flowers in faint colors; a fantastic triple indented German glass ornament in silver and pale gold; a little glass Santa in a gold coat; a rare stenciled blue Shiny Brite ball with the North Pole Express on it; and a host of other Shiny Brites, Polands, and German ornaments. A lovely silver indented topper slashes across the center.

It is festooned with swags of silver beaded garland and bits of vintage silver foil garland to take it to an even icier level. The whole is set upon a bed of pale aqua and silver garland for extra sparkle.

Your heirloom wreath comes with its own zippered storage bag to protect it. Please hang it indoors, away from the harsh elements, to ensure that these beautiful ornaments which have been passed down through generations will grace your own family for many years to come.
