Local artisan Rita Seiko Payne has created a line of ceramic bowls and dishes inspired by the Beekman 1802 heirloom vegetable garden. Through a process called slip casting, Rita was able to use real heirloom tomatoes to create the mold for this dish.

This Heirloom Tomato Dish is perfect for baking, serving or as a part of your décor. The ceramic material is superior for baking, maintaining an even cooking temperature which results in perfect crusts, cakes and more. It is also oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
